I just redeemed a new apple gift card. When I redeemed it it said I get 2 free months of Apple TV+. How do I sign up for those 2 free months. I currently do not have Apple TV+.

Apple's offer is 3 months with the purchase of new hardware, I am not aware of them directly offering any offer with a gift card. However, if you do have something from Apple that does advertise it and you are having trouble with redemption then I would contact Apple support so they can direct you appropriately.
