Question Mark Instead of Icons and Images on Websites on iPhone 13 Pro

Hi everyone!

I’m experiencing a weird issue with my iPhone 13 Pro. When loading websites (almost all of them, including google.com, wikipedia.org, and others), instead of icons and images, I see a question mark in a square. This happens in all browsers—Safari, Chrome, and others—whether I’m using Wi-Fi or mobile data.

I’ve already tried several methods to fix it:

  • Cleared the cache and data in browsers.

  • Reset network settings (via Settings > General > Reset).

  • Updated iOS to the latest
  • Disabled experimental WebKit features in Safari.

But nothing helps, the problem persists. On other devices with the same network, everything works fine, so it seems to be an issue with my iPhone. Has anyone else faced this bug? Any ideas on how to resolve it? I’d be grateful for any suggestions!

Thanks in advance!

That means the image files are either corrupted or can’t be downloaded. It is not a problem with your iPhone.

Perhaps a long shot:

Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN. However, VPN actually reduces your privacy, it does not enhance it.
