Is my iPhone infected with a virus after visiting a suspicious website?

Yesterday i was looking at converting a youtube video link to an mp3 file, to get a song on spotify on local files. So, i googled websites for it, and ytmp3.nexus came up. i clicked on it, typed my link in and pressed convert but didn’t download any files. All i did was choose a selected quality, then click off the website after realising it was malicious with googling. I clicked back on it, didn’t type anything in, and clicked off.

All link checkers say it’s malicious, but some sources are saying you can only get the virus via ads, others are saying it’s through the website itself.

Today in my notes app i was typing in the links of the mp3 websites i’d clicked on to ease my mind, and when i copied in that link, it started to load something which notes has never done before. I deleted it before it could load into notes, and now i’m worried my phone has been infected with a virus. I’m on an Iphone on the latest update. Any help??? I’m not backing up any data as i’m worried.

There are no known virus/malware/spyware/hack for a non jailbroken phone.

is there a chance that it could’ve put something on my phone? people are saying it’s possible but a low chance and i really don’t like not knowing. i don’t know a lot about the website ytmp3.nexus but everywhere i’ve ran it it’s come back malicious, or ‘don’t go there’, and i don’t know what to do.

I don’t want to backup incase it has, especially because in notes it pulled up that grey box it does and said ‘loading’ with the loading symbol next to it when the link was copied in. notes just has never done that before?

No. Only you can put something on your iPhone, and whatever that may be has to come from the App Store.

There are no iPhone viruses. None. It's not a low chance. It's a no chance. Now you know.
