How do I restore white background for Yahoo Mail and other apps on iPhone 16 Plus?

I don’t know what I did, but I accidentally changed from white to black background. I got the homepage back to white, but my Yahoo mail and other apps remain with black background. How do I get it back to original settings? It’s and IPhone plus

It sounds like you have Dark Mode turned on, follow these instructions to turn it on and off.

Turn off Dark Mode in Settings

Go to Settings, then tap Display & Brightness.
Select Dark to turn off Dark Mode.
