Awards not updating on Apple Watch

I’m not receiving my awards on my watch, I’ve had a perfect week for all 3 and it’s not updated. How can I get my awards to update

Missing monthly Fitness awards on Apple Watch and iPhone My Apple Watch and iPhone had slightly different awards on them. They have now all cleared except for a few. Problem with competition in Apple Watch Hello, i have a problem with competition with friend. Our competitions finished two weeks ago but my app wrote: Waiting on a final score and i can't start new competition.

Did you already try to force restart your iPhone and Apple Watch?

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.
