How do I unlink my passwords from my dad's iPhone?

I had activated my dads iphone recently and had noticed all my passwords and stuff saved onto his phone, meaning he can unlock it and autofill whatever he wants. I dont know what caused this and would like to know what to unlink or take off to remove this so he has HIS old saved passwords.
