I can't open apps on my iPhone 13, none of them load (for example, banks, internet browser and App Store), except for IG and WhatsApp. I tried rebooting the phone, clearing the memory and resetting the network settings. Connecting to another WiFi didn't help either. It worked with VPN, but I deleted it to clear the memory and now nothing loads. What should I do?

A. Close All Apps:
An app is likely not responding. So, close all apps. Hold you finger down as you swipe up. Then, close all of these open apps, by swiping up quickly for all apps.
