a new back glass was detected

I received this message, but the previous owner told me that He did not change the glass I also found that they was other people receiving the same message

From your post it sounds like you are the second-hand owner of this iPhone, which would mean you wouldn't be able to confirm if the original owner had the Back Glass replaced, possible with a non-genuine part. Either your iPhone has a non-genuine back glass or the iPhone cannot verify the authenticity of the part. In this case, I would tell this to your nearest Apple Store's Genius Bar or an Apple Authorized Service Provider where they can run diagnostics and confirm that. But if it has a non-genuine display, you have voided any AppleCare+/Warranty and Apple will not service it.
