Creating "binaural beats" in GarageBand with rising pitch

I am a neuroscientist and work in Guided Visualizations and Hypnosis. I also create sounds to help with sleep. All of this is intimately tied to brainwaves and states of learning.

Years ago, there was a plugin for creating binaural tones but it stopped working in 10.6.8 and the developer decided to not redo or upgrade the projects (I seem to remember every new system by Apple caused failure, so just packed it in.)

I would like to see if I can do this in GarageBand 10.4.12.

What I want is a tone in Right track that is G2 (98Hz) and Left alpha adjusted G2 (90Hz) <this gives a differential of 8Hz which is the low end of Alpha 8~14Hz)

I want this to rise to Right Track C3 (130 Hz) and Left alpha adjusted (122 Hz) in a smoothly shifting tone over a duration of 3.5 seconds and then dropping back down to the original values over 3.5 seconds.

I think this is probably best done using a Reed Instrument or something like a sliding Penny Whistle.

I mainly use GarageBand for recording spoken tracks and add those to these 'ancient' tracks I created in 10.6.8.

Creating the R98-L90Hz is simple enough...Maybe, but the smooth rising to R130-L122Hz over a 3.5 second duration

I would appreciate anyone's ideas or directions to accomplish this.
