Management Profile Iphone 13 Intune

Could you help me with an issue in Intune? I am managing an iPhone 13 and we need to block the "VPN and Device Management" functionality.

Currently, when accessing "Management Profile", the user has the option to "Exit Remote Management", which results in the complete removal of management and the reset of the device.

We noticed that on iPhones with iOS 16, this option is not enabled.
