changing featured photos on ios18

"Featured Photos" is provided by Apple as a kind of gift-- it pulls out pictures that Photos thinks you'd enjoy seeing, and it changes the selection from time to time. You have no control over the selection-- sort of like you don't have control over gifts you get for your birthday. You just smile and say thanks. (Then sometimes you put it away where you don't have to look at it.)
