Microsoft says it's compatible with Sequoia -> https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/upgrade-macos-to-continue-receiving-microsoft-365-and-office-for-mac-updates-16b8414f-08ec-4b24-8c91-10a918f649f8

"Office for Mac 2021-2024

As of September 2024, the three most recent major versions are macOS Sequoia, macOS Sonoma, and macOS Ventura.

Starting with the September 2024 update (16.89) macOS Ventura or later is required to receive updates to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote. If you continue with an older version of macOS, your Office apps will still work, but you'll no longer receive any updates including security updates."
