A newer iPhone with iOS 18 uses newest version

built-in to the system settings within the device..

Your iPhone 13 as stated in your tagline does not have an official charge cycles count, but there are plenty of third party apps that work just fine. The official charge cycle count is only on the iPhone 15 and later.
