There are several means to check an iPhone battery cycle count

and this varies by which iOS version or series yours can run..

A newer iPhone with iOS 18 uses newest version

built-in to the system settings within the device..

This reference also covers older iPhone hardware

and systems that would be their last upgrade level.

"How to Check iPhone Battery Cycle Count"

If you have an iPhone 15 or newer, you can check battery cycle count easily:

  1. Open the “Settings” app on iPhone
  2. Go to “Battery”
  3. Tap on “Battery Health”
  4. Look for “Cycle Count” and the number next to that, to determine your iPhone battery’s cycle count..

"Up until recently and with the latest model iPhone devices, this was a more cumbersome

process, where checking battery cycle count by looking at iPhone Analytics Data was one

option, and using third party apps, or even a Mac, was another."

(f you have an earlier model iPhone, you can still check cycle count by using the Analytics Data approach discussed here, or by using third-party apps or tools; or even a Mac that you connect the iPhone too.)

But if you have an iPhone 15 or newer, it’s now easier than ever to determine

iPhone battery cycle count right on your device, and with minimal effort."

There also should be 'Apple Support YouTube video' of this online.

While my older iPhones aren't updated to run iOS 18. (se iOS 15.8.3.)
