Absolutely cannot connect to iPhone 16 (pro max). They worked flawlessly with iPhone 14 Pro Max. But they are now not discoverable in the Sony app or in iPhone blue tooth settings. I have reset the ear buds multiple times. And they will immediately connect to older model phones, just not my new 16.

then put it into pairing / discovery mode
