Lack of EV stations in Apple Maps

Apple Maps currently supports detailed filtering for fuel types at gas stations and a wide range of restaurant attributes. Leveraging this existing functionality, Apple could significantly improve its EV navigation capabilities by integrating comprehensive charging station data. This would include details such as connector types, charging speeds, real-time availability, and pricing, all of which are largely available from existing data sources. The implementation of such a feature would provide EV drivers with the same level of detailed information as traditional fuel users, enhancing the overall Maps experience.
