How do I unblock a contact number on iPhone?

I am trying to change a number that I blocked of a caller that is in my contact. Everything I’ve tried it will not do it.

How to unblock a blocked number on iPhone? Hi I accidentally block a number and deleted it right away when I got it .It left a voicemail and I was able to listen to the message but I am trying to unblock it so it can call me again. I was trying to call the number but it says that it’s restricted. In the edit section of the voice mail there is no options for unblock and the number that I accidentally blocked I created a contact in my lists but when I was trying to call it it says restricted, pls help me as I want to get a call and message from the number that I blocked . iphone call blocking feature not working I received several phone calls from an organisation which, having researched the calling number, indicated it was a scam. I used the iphone blocking feature to attempt to block the caller but today received a call from the number I had blocked. The number is in my "Blocked Contacts" list. I assume this feature is not working. Please can it be fixed?

Unblock a blocked contact

Go to Settings > Apps > Phone.
Tap Blocked Contacts, then tap Edit.
Tap , then tap Unblock.
