My account have been disabled in the App Store and iTunes

Subject: My Apple ID is Disabled in App Store




Hello Apple Support,




I recently created my Apple ID (a*********1@gmail.com) and tried to download apps from the App Store, but I received a message saying, “Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes.”




I have not violated any policies, and I am not sure why my account has been disabled. Could you please help me unlock my account?

If a message says 'Your Media & Purchases account has been disabled' - Apple Support
