Add an option to disable tap top bar to scroll feature

In the car I often use Dynamic Island app to switch back and forth between music and navigation app and sometimes I miss the DI area, so my playlist scrolls all the way up to the beginning. Really annoying and frustrating feature I’ve never used as it was designed. I don’t know if someone is really using it for their business, as for me it’s an unusable stuff I want to turn off
