How to summarise a phone call in the UK?

Utilising the new function where you can record a phone call I tried to get the summary function to work and did everything you're supposed to do but I never get any text in the Notes app, just the audio recording.

Clicking on the note and trying to bring up any menu never brings up any Summarise feature either.

I believe it's meant to be available in the UK isn't it?

If it is then does anyone know how to get it to work as I can't get it to do anything other than record the call.
