You don't need to and can't; Apple's built-in defences prevent malware from affecting the unit, and any scanners from checking files other than their own documents.
Unless you manually uploaded a file to the website, that's a scam. If you did, delete that file or scan it from a computer.

Good choice on not pressing it, it is a scam attempt. They are trying to sell you some useless software you do not need. Your iPhone is not susceptible to viruses. If you get another one of those scam attempts, which you inevitably will, do not interact with it and close out of it.

An advertisement that lied to you.
Also known as a scam.
The ad is probably offering a sketchy VPN product given recent reports, a product which (ironically) doesn’t even address the issue the that the advertisement (falsely) claimed to have detected.
