How to resolve '102 Network Error' when uploading iHealth BP monitor results on iPhone?

Last night iHealth BP monitor worked normal. This morning whenever I try to upload the results I get an error in the phone. 102 Network Error is what I get on my phone. I’ve closed the app and restarted. That doesn’t work. Please advise.

Have you tried any of the following:

  • Verified that your iPhone has a valid Internet connection, either by cellular or Wi-Fi? You can use the Safari app on your phone to visit any website.
  • While still using Safari, visit the iHealth's web site. Is it accessible?
  • Power recycle your BP monitor?
  • Tried reinstalling the iHealth app on your phone?
  • Tried resetting your phone's network settings: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings?
