How do I place an Apple Store pickup order in Safari on iPhone?

I want to place an order on the Apple Store in the Safari browser on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. However, when I choose my desired Apple Store and try to click the blue button at the bottom to verify the chosen store and continue with my checkout process the Safari navigation bar instead pops up. Scrolling up and down on the page doesn’t get rid of the Safari navigation bar. I try to lock the screen and turn it on again but that also doesn’t solve it. How do I get rid off the Safari navigation bar so I can place an order for Apple Store pickup on my iPhone?
