If anything, having Low Power Mode on should slow the decline of your battery health as you are charging less often, not decline more. Keep in mind that no two batteries age the same and the decline is not linear and is subjective to many different factors such as usage and conditions. Your friend’s battery health may suddenly drop a few percent soon, and yours may stay steady for a bit.

You can no problem always leave your iPhone on Low Power Mode if you find that it provides more sufficient battery for you.
