I did notice in your tagline that you posted with an iPhone 16e, which was just released yesterday. If you did happen to buy it, that would explain the new device added to your Apple Account. But if you did not add any new device, your Apple Account may be compromised. In that case you should change your password and remove any unknown devices off your account.
