safari has no access to internet.

Open Settings/Wi-Fi - does it say No Internet Connection? If it does, restart your router.

Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN. However, VPN actually reduces your privacy, it does not enhance it.

Why is because your VPN profile is corrupted.

I’ve this problem too. App like mail, YouTube, speed check works fine. Even Apple TV works fine. Only Safari on iOS and iPadOS cannot get internet data.

using vpn actually ‘fixes’ the problem. no idea why.
