MacBook Pro 13-inch (M1, 2020)  

Since updating to macOS Sequoia 15.3.1, my Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting.

To reconnect, I have to either:

1. Manually select my known network (which I’ve used for years), or

2. Toggle Wi-Fi off and on until it eventually reconnects.

Other devices on the same network are not experiencing this issue.

Is this a known problem? How should I troubleshoot?

If you are using a VPN try disabling or uninstalling it and compare your results

No VPN, but I did also connect to Apple Private Relay.

And not sure if this matters, but I'm using a ATT router/wifi but it's been years I've been using this.

Not sure if the pic helps at all but none of these setting have been altered, ergo, blaming OS update? It's the last thing that happened.

so you disabled Private Relay and same issue— is that what you are saying?
