iPhone 11: shows that a MacBook Pro is trying to connect and the "i" is not available to forget the device. I see others have had the same issue but I don't see a resolution posted. This is unacceptable and Apple needs to fix this

That simply means the device is within Bluetooth range. It does not mean it is trying to connect. For it to connect both you and the owner of the MacBook would have to choose to pair at the same time.

The person must be awful close. Not here or anybody that I know. Very strange and creepy.
