Getting to home on and Iphone 11
When I open the screen, I get a Security Update Complete on the screen and cannot negotiate out of it to the home screen.

Try a forced restart.
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
