Based on the webpage copyrights, the Canon PIXMA TS3300 is five or six years old, not new. Whether you have a variant or different or newer member of the series, or a different model entirely ?
Use the web interface into the printer, and start with a firmware update: https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/Manual/All/TS3300%20series/EN/NTR/ntr_t_05_11.html
Once the firmware is current, configure AirPrint.
https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/PrinterDriver/M/TS3300%20series/1.0/EN/PPG/dg-c_ios_basic.html
Probably not necessary here (yet?), but can cause issues: check your Wi-Fi router firmware version, and update that if newer is available. Also restart the Wi-Fi router.
