Why do my text change after I send a text

After I type a message and send it out to someone the phone changes half the words. Then I have to go back and either unsend or edit. I don’t want to do that everytime. The other half the time when I’m trying to type a word say train it goes “tra| in “

the line is the space I’m texting from it finishes the word for me but puts a space and finishes the word after the space. Why I’ve restarted my phone several times. I just got the iPhone 16 pro max. Autocorrect I have it on bc without it my phone does worst idk.
