Why does my watch ping when 80% charged on charger? How can I stop it from pinging during charging?

You can disable the charging reminder on your iPhone in the WatchApp -> Sleep -> Charging Reminders.
If you want to charge your watch up to more than 80%, you can disable the Optimized Charging Limit:
