I am extremely frustrated with Apple Cash and their decision to permanently restrict my account. After using the service for a while, I received no clear explanation as to why this happened. Despite trying to reach out for assistance, I was met with generic responses and no resolution. It feels like there is no transparency, and my money is now tied up with no way to access it. The lack of communication and support is unacceptable, and I am incredibly disappointed with Apple Cash handling of this situation. If you are considering using Apple Cash, be warned this could happen to you too.

You’ve been debanked. De-banking, more commonly spelled debanking, also known within the banking industry as de-risking, is the closure of people's or organizations' bank accounts by banks that perceive the account holders to pose a financial, legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the bank.

This is a fairly common occurrence with major banks and banks offering Person-To-Person transfers. Banks are restricted by federal banking regulations from disclosing much of the information.

Funds will be transferred to your states unclaimed funds account in 6 months to 2 years depending on your state’s regulations. It’s covered in your terms and conditions.
