forgot password for Safari email

I have my login password, I have my ;Mac set up with my fingerprint, but since I got this new Mac, I can not open safari email, it is requiring a password. I have no idea what it is. I don't have an option to reset. I can get my other email, like google. I want to use Safari, but have no idea how to reset a password without knowing the password,
