Require procedure to accept “Account Recovery Contact Request”

I have received an account recovery contact request from my father. However I do not see an option (neither in sms nor in my settings > Sign in and security > account recovery) to accept or decline this request.

Kindly assist with the procedure to accept the request (screenshot attached for reference)
