I called to unrestricted my account and couldn’t verify identity when i put all my information correct, my account is not permanently restricted?

If you cannot properly identify yourself, the account will be restricted. It’s not Apple Pay that is restricted, it’s your Apple Cash account. Please review the support article I linked to below.

I did, I called apple support and told me my account was permanently restricted due to not being able to verify myself and confirm I was the owner of the account.
The bank’s decision is final. Apple has no say in the matter. Federal Banking regulations require banks to have positive ID on all account owners.
