When I delete the Lift app and download it again, it goes back to where I started registering and I can't log out. Can you tell me how to delete it without deleting all memory?

If you do not need this app, then see if returning it is an option for you: Request a Refund for Apps or Content that you Bought from Apple - Apple Support. It should no longer show up as a purchased item, and you would not be prompted with this mandatory registration completion, allowing you to log out.
