всем привет. сбросил диск через режим восстановления в дисковой утилите, попытался установить в этом же режиме macos sierra, спустя 15 минут после начала установки выдает ошибку "При подготовке к установке произошла ошибка. Попробуйте повторить запуск этой программы.". при запуске макбука горит папка со знаком вопроса, так что через саму систему обновить мак не могу
