How do I reinstall App Store on my iPhone 13?
Now I cannot update my apps when I need to.

It is not possible to delete the App Store. You can hide it using content restrictions, but you can't delete it. Before you go digging through the settings to find the restrictions, look in the App Library. You may have just removed it from the Home Screen.
