Apple's 14-day grace period only applies if your bought directly from Apple, either through their online store or from an Apple-owned Retail store. If bought from a reseller, even an Apple Authorized Reseller, only the reseller's return policy applies.

Apple offers refunds and exchanges within 14 days in most countries. If they don't in yours, sell it to someone else.
