Hello everyone. I paid in meta for a tick. They didn't approve the tick and told me to return the money. Apple doesn't refund my money. Please help me solve the problem.

Did you use an in-app Purchase where it is managed by Apple and you saw the purchase here:

Or, was the purchase made directly with Meta, and bypassed Apple's process for in-app purchases. Meta offers both ways to do that and gives you a discount if you buy directly from them where the cost is $11.99 compared to the in-app purchase cost of $14.99.
What means “Apple doesn’t refund my money“? If you’ve requested a refund at Apple, and they haven’t approved it, your only options are 1. to contact Meta directly, or 2. try to get a refund via your credit card company/bank.
you unfortunately won’t be able to contest a refund that has been denied twice by apple.
