When is hearing aid available in Belgium

As you all noticed, is the hearing feature for Apple Aiepods Peo 2 not rolled out yet in Belgium. The website of apple seems to indicate that this is related to local authorization.

I contacted FAGG, the authority who is responsible for medical equipment in Belgium, and informed of the following:

“According to EU Regulation 2017/745, medical devices with the CE marking do not require country-specific approval to be placed on the market. The AirPod Pro has the CE marking for medical devices and can therefore be sold throughout Europe, including in Belgium.

Apple has never contacted us, so we do not know why they are not making their application available in Belgium.”

in other words, it’s entirely an Apple peoxuct release decision.

I contacted apple support. However, they weee not able to give me a reason or release date.
