on my older mac how to find folders mail and mail downloads

i am trying to migrate my mail from an older mac to a newer one. some have suggested copying the 'mail' and 'mail downloads' folders from the older mac and replacing them in the newer mac... i can't find these folders in either


MacBook Air 13″, macOS 14.6

from the Finder>Go>Go To Folder copy&paste:


Sequoia

~/Library/Mail/V10



Sonoma

~/Library/Mail/V10



Ventura

~/Library/Mail/V10


Monterey—

~/Library/Mail/V9


Big Sur—

~/Library/Mail/V8



You can move the entire V10 folder go back one directory

~/Library/Mail/
