Outline Around Elements on iPad Screen with Keyboard

So, I am using a Logitech Bluetooth keyboard. And I can’t get it to stop highlighting elements on my iPad screen. The arrow buttons are controlling the highlights. I have turned off “Full Keyboard Access”, but it still didn’t work. What should I do to fix this?

QWERT keyboards are designed to slow typing speed for typewriters, but apple added an extra layer of slowness to it. If you press two keys at once according to the iPad, it will highlight the previous word and mess up the sentence. As far as I know, there's no way to disable this feature.

New Magic Keyboard cursor moves to different places on the iPad screen and won’t let me control it Setup cursor on new Magic Keyboard for iPad Pro, and changed the color of outside ring. Cursor will not stay where I put it, and continues to move to other areas of the screen. At times it will not even continue to move to where I want and move to some other part of the screen.
