Why is my 'Recent Calls' list not showing all calls on iPhone?

It's too simple.Go to the page that says "Recents". Near the very top of the screen but right under the time, you'll see two words in a box -- All/Missed. "Missed" might be grayed out which means it's the only one active. Click "All". Done.

Recents doesn’t show any calls. Under Recents I no longer can see any calls - not All and not Missed. Is there a setting that I’ve absentmindedly turn on? When I miss a call or place a call, nothing shows up in Recents anymore.
