Getting the Call History:
A. Restoring From iCloud:
You Can't. If you are looking for the Call History through iCloud, you can't. iCloud does not store your Call History. See here: What does iCloud Back Up? - Apple Support
B. Restore the iPhone from an iCloud Backup.
Restore your iPhone from backup that contains this Call History, and you could recover it. Note that the iPhone backup you cant to restore from must be of the same date and version as what is installed on your iPhone. See here: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a Backup - Apple Support
C. Log in to your Carrier's Site:
Log into your Carrier's site, and see if you can see you call history. Doing so myself, I can see my Call History 90 days back.
