Duolingo attempted charge after no subscription reminder
Hi, I signed up for a free trial of Duolingo and during the sign up process it said I would be notified two days before my trial ended. However, not only did they not notify me, they attempted a $100+ charge on my Apple account. My previous card expired so the payment did not go through. I use this app every day and I have notifications on for it. There are multiple reports from other Duolingo users of similar events. I am requesting that this charge be cancelled as there was no reminder. Thanks in advance!
