iCloud 50GB Plan Not Available in Greece?

I am out of the free 5 GB Icloud plan and want to upgrade to 50GB, yet I am only shown @,6,12 TB options and not the more economical 50GB options that are listed in the icloud plans description!

Can someone please explain why this is happening?
