Bluetooth audio stuttering issues on my iPhone 16e

Same thing happening with my new 16e. Had no problems with SE2. Please, escalate this to apple asap.

Same here, no issues with my old 11 pro. Huge stuttering on my new 16e. I have a Fitbit inspire 3 and air pods pro gen 1.

Although I want to highlight that this assertion of multiple bluetooth connections being the issue is incorrect. This is not my experience or the experience of many commenters in this thread.

Can‘t imagine. And if, it doesn’t matter. Its allready escalating on reddit. Slowly i got ******. I use my phone mainly for listening musik and since i have the Iphone 16e its no more fun. Apple support and service is really good but they are slow as f k. I think we have to wait until the next iOS update. Maybe as long as we are waiting for a smarter Siri 🤣. Meanwhile Huawai is launching 28 new products.

Same to all of the above on the 16e. Every Bluetooth device and not over the phone’s speaker. Just switched from a XS and this never happened on the XS. Very annoying.

Curious - has anyone replaced their phone and actually have that work?

I’ve just switched to the 16e after being a lifelong Android user - this issue is extremely frustrating because I’m otherwise loving the switch, but Bluetooth audio is unusable in this state. I’m all up to date on software and unable to use my headphones without this issue.

Android phones don't have the same issue. I just barely switched and iPhone feels like an expensive downgrade compared to what I had previously with android. Wish I would've looked into the reviews of common issues before hand. Might just trade it in for an android and stay with them as Apple doesn't seem as decent as Android.

It is so annoying. Frankly Apple charges way to much for these phones. You'd think that with the price they'd actually have things down and be responsive for a supposed "tech giant". They've lost their "why" that Simon Sinek describes in his Ted Talk and book. Profits aren't a why...its a result.

I'll do my due diligence and reach out to their support. This is embarissing considering my Google Pixel didn't have the same issues that this phone has and it's way cheaper than Apple. Considering this can someone explain to me why apple is better as compared to it's competitors?

I’m having the same (annoying) issue. I’ve adjusted Bluetooth settings to no avail. I’ve deleted my music library and reloaded it through iTunes which didn’t help. I’ve tried removing location settings and no luck. Come on Apple, please get this sorted!

Same problem over here with the bluetooth audio stuttering on my new iPhone 16e. I've never had a problem with any other iPhone, and it is with every set of headphone and earbuds in my house. I tried all of the various fixes, and I'm so irritated by the amount of time I've spent on this, I'm just going to return the phone and go back to my old one. I have to listen to audio for work and I can't deal with the stuttering and dropped audio.

I spent so much time on the phone with them troubleshooting and sending them reports, do you guys know if they give like a gift card or something afterwards? I felt like I spent a lot of time helping THEM for nothing.

I'm Uk based and I’ve googled the number and it’s coming up as an apple support scam. Must be insiders passing on our details.
