Suspicious text and voicemail: Is this an Apple phishing scam?

I got a text and a voicemail with this:

Apple Approval Notice

We have noticed that your Apple iCloud id was recently used at "APPLE STORE - CA" for $143.95, paid by Apple Pay Pre Authorization. Also some suspicious sign in request and apple pay activation request detected. That looks like suspicious to us. In order to maintain the security and privacy of your account we have placed those request on hold. Your Photos, Data, Bank Information and Cards are at risk. If NOT you? talk to an Apple Representative. Failing may lead to auto debit and charge will not be reversed. Call +1 83******28 immediately to cancel this charge.

Have a great day!

100% scam.

'Apple iCloud id ' what? You mean my Apple Account?, or maybe my 'ID'? but never 'id'

"Also some suspicious sign in request and apple pay activation request detected" Grammatically incorrect. Also, Apple would NEVER mis-capitalize 'Apple Pay'.

'That looks like suspicious to us. ' you bet it does!

'... we have placed those request on hold'. 'those request'? or 'those requests'?

'Your Photos, Data, Bank Information and Cards are at risk.' Uh huh, because my Photos are intrinsically linked to my Apple Pay cards and what I'm most worried about.

Complete and utter scam.
