Can I restore new iPhone 16 PRO from backup taken from iPhone 13 mini? Normally I switched to new iPhone by Quick Start feature but this time I sold old iPhone before get new one. Backup was taken on Windows PC via official Apple Devices app. Will this work?

Yes. The only limitation is that the OS version the backup was created from can't be newer than the one on the unit being restored to.

You not mention about Apple devices as a method? Why?
This way is described even in apple manual instructions but I never tried this method and looking for confirmation here, that's it. As everybody know, Windows apps even officialy supported is still Windows apps.

itunes, icloud and quick transfer are the 3 methods to transfer data from one phone to another. What happens when you try?
